For a useful bug report
Include the tool name, the action that failed, your device, browser and approximate time. Describe the expected result and the actual result. If examples are necessary, use fictional prayer names and times. Do not send a journal, confidential reflection, passwords or another person’s personal information.
Accessibility requests
Describe the page, the control or text that was difficult to use, and any assistive technology involved if you want to share it. You can ask for an explanation in a different format. We cannot promise a particular response time or that every technical limitation can be resolved immediately.
Privacy questions
For a privacy enquiry, describe whether you mean a website visit, a file you saved, a calendar import or an email you sent. The plugin has no server-side prayer records to retrieve. Do not include identity documents in an initial enquiry. The operator may need limited information to understand a request.
Support scope and urgent needs
We cannot confirm exact prayer times, interpret religious rules or offer counselling or emergency support. For an immediate safety concern, contact an appropriate local emergency service.
